Samsung and Microsoft Launch the Galaxy Book

Samsung and Microsoft are once again collaborating to launch a new 2-in-1 device for the enterprise mobility market. In the recently concluded Mobile World Congress, both the companies came together to announce the unveiling of the new product. Built on the Windows 10 platform, the 2-in-1 device, named the Galaxy Book finds intelligent and secure ways to help customers deliver innovative mobile experiences. While adopting more of the product, which comes in 10.6-inch and 12-inch models, companies will be able to bring more visibility into the digital transformation journeys.

Looking to achieve quick growth in the mobility market, organizations are now geared up to make the best use of Samsung’s product innovation and Microsoft’s strong technical expertise. For the tech leaders, this joint initiative is part of the bigger drive to create interesting new applications. Galaxy in designed for the mobile enterprise customer in mind, and offers enterprise-grade performance. The 12-inch model has a 7th Generation Intel Core i5 processor Dual Core 3.1GHz, while the 10.6-inch model boasts an Intel Core m3 processor, Dual core 2.6GHz. The Galaxy Book aims to empower users with more options to connect their Galaxy smartphone to Windows Hello.

The companies are pressing forward to equip customers with first-hand innovation through the new product and plan to make headways in the mobile market. An initial release date for the Galaxy Book is still to be announced.
